Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of win-a-lotto.com, operated by WIN777 (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. TBC), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

Win-a-Lotto.com is an entertainment and personal-insight platform. We use mathematical and numerological algorithms — including frequency pattern analysis, draw-history pattern recognition, personal numerology, and coverage set generation — to suggest number combinations for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We are not a lottery operator, gambling service, or ticket vendor. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, guarantee winnings, or participate in prize distribution. No skill or strategy can reliably predict random lottery outcomes. Use of our Service does not improve your statistical probability of winning any lottery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use the paid features of this Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe this condition is not met.

The Service is available internationally. It is your responsibility to determine whether using an entertainment number-suggestion service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Service is available or appropriate in all locations.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to access personalised features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@win-a-lotto.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer the following membership tiers, billed in United States Dollars (USD):

• Free — Limited access: up to 1 reveal per week, 3 lottery choices.
• Basic ($9.99/month) — 5 reveals per month, 8 lottery choices, frequency analysis.
• Pro ($19.99/month) — 15 reveals per month, all 50+ lotteries, all four methods including Coverage Set Builder.
• Elite ($39.99/month) — Unlimited reveals, all lotteries, all methods, no advertisements, priority support.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Content Packs

In addition to subscription plans, we offer one-time Reveal Credits (“Content Packs”) that supplement your monthly allocation:

• Single Reveal — $2.99
• 10-Pack Reveals — $24.99

Credits do not expire. They are consumed after your monthly subscription allocation is exhausted. Credits are non-refundable once used and non-transferable between accounts.

6. Billing and Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on or around the same date each month. If payment fails we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access until payment is received.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of a billing period if you cancel mid-cycle, unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation your account reverts to Free tier. Historical entries and match records remain accessible on a Free account.

8. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Referral Programme

Paid members may participate in our referral programme. Please refer to the Referral Programme Terms for full details. In summary: referral credits are earned when a referred user upgrades to a paid plan and remains subscribed for the hold period. Credits are redeemable against Content Pack purchases only and have no cash value.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on win-a-lotto.com — including but not limited to algorithms, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and data — is the property of WIN777 (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your account data (your saved numbers, match history, referral records) remains your data. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits through multiple accounts, scripts, or automated access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY NUMBER SUGGESTIONS WILL RESULT IN LOTTERY WINS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIN777 (PTY) LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIN777 (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to our processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you also retain such rights under applicable UK consumer law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Prediction Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Referral Programme Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and WIN777 (Pty) Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
